Southside Electric Cooperative offers a variety of options for you to choose from when paying your electric bill. Please select the one that is most convenient for you.
Autopay
- Set up a recurring payment using a debit/credit card. Payments can also be drafted from a checking or savings account.
By Phone
- Payments can be made by phone using the Interactive Voice Recognition system (IVR) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no additional fees or charges to use this service. You will need your phone number or account number, along with your PIN.
Mobile App
- Download the mobile app ‘SmartHub’ and find your local electric cooperative. Either set up your account or call a member service representative to help guide you.
Online
- Set up a new online account using SmartHub or log in to make a payment with your existing account.
One-Time Payment
- No account registration required.
- Account number and last name or business name will be required to make payment.
Offices
- Make a payment at any of our locations.
Vanilla Pay
- Make a cash payment using the barcode on the back of your billing statement or on your mobile app at any one of the following locations. A $1.50 service fee applies.

Kiosks
- Make a payment at any of our locations. No checks are accepted in any of our kiosks.
Night-Drop Boxes
- Make a payment drop at any of our locations.
Bill-Pay or Third-Party Services
- If you elect to use a bill-pay system or third-party service to complete your payment, these payments may take several days to complete compared to our standard options.
